Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

Summary

The tender concerns the execution of a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) within the BSR. The primary goal is to analyze business processes and their interdependencies, ensure quality, and support the BCM risk analysis. The initial selection of processes to examine is expected to include about 10–13 processes across several business units, with interviews/workshops planned. The work will be conducted in accordance with the IT-Grundschutz guidelines of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).
