Renovation of Building G and screed works

Summary

This tender covers screed works for the renovation of Building G in Bad Münstereifel under the AC FHR BAMUEN project. The works are divided into several construction phases and include site setup, substrate preparation and waterproofing, edge insulation details and mineral wool, and installation of screed layers, including cement screed for underfloor heating. The works are to be carried out under VOB conditions with the overall project duration planned from October 2026 to January 2029. Working hours are 7:00–18:00, with adjustments to be coordinated. For bid submission, qualification and financial documentation and references of previous work are required as per the tender documents.
