Hooklift Truck

Summary

The contract is for the supply of one hooklift truck to EWN Entsorgungswerk für Nuklearanlagen GmbH, for delivery to its Rheinsberg site at Am Nehmitzsee 1. The vehicle must meet the technical specification in the tender documents; a used vehicle must meet the same requirements as a new one and must be delivered without other companies’ logos. The contracting authority confirmed that a new vehicle with its body fitted may be delivered by the end of the first quarter of 2027, and that the driver airbag requirement may be removed to allow an existing vehicle to be offered. The offer must include data sheets demonstrating the required technical specifications; for a used vehicle, clear interior and exterior photographs are also required. Delivery costs may be quoted as a separate optional item, including acceptance and functional testing of the complete system, a loaded road test, complete documentation and instruction for the authority’s staff. On delivery, the vehicle must come with registration certificates Parts I and II, a German-language operating manual and maintenance and inspection instructions, and an EC declaration of conformity. A used vehicle must also have valid roadworthiness and emissions inspection certificates. Price is the sole award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 10:00. Payment is due within 30 days net; a discount with a 14-day payment term is permitted.
