Framework agreement for tree care works

Summary

This framework agreement concerns tree care and pruning works within the Hamburg Port Authority area. The contract will be concluded with up to five contracting parties (HPA AöR, Flotte Hamburg GmbH & Co. KG, HPA Polder Hamburg GmbH, CGH Cruise Gate Hamburg GmbH, ReGe Hamburg Projekt-Realisierungsgesellschaft mbH). The initial term is one year, and it will automatically renew for an additional year, up to a maximum of three years. The award criterion is price only (100%). Orders are issued via a call-off system (Abrufsystem). Works shall be performed according to the ZTV Baumpflege standards and applicable safety requirements.
