Insurance of Household Goods and Travel Luggage During Foreign Business Trips

Summary

The procurement concerns insurance for the household goods and travel luggage of employees posted abroad, divided into two lots. Framework agreements for each lot will run from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with options for the contracting authority to extend them until 31 December 2030. Approximately 20 relocations take place worldwide each year. Bids may be submitted for all lots and must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 10:00.
