Grazing of compensation areas E3.1 and 3.2 for the B 107 Grimma bypass
Summary
The tender concerns extensive grazing of compensation areas associated with the B 107 bypass near Grimma and maintenance of the livestock fencing over a five-year period. In year 1, 60 hectares must be grazed and 6,200 metres of fencing maintained; in years 2–5, 69.6 hectares must be grazed and 8,300 metres of fencing maintained each year. The planned performance period is from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031, although commencement depends on the fencing being fully installed. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 10:00. The contract is not divided into lots, variants are not permitted, and price is the only award criterion. Bidders must provide at least three comparable references, a qualified project manager, relevant livestock experience, evidence of available animals, and the required insurance and business documents.
