Drinking Water Sampling 2027–2029

Summary

The tender concerns sampling and testing drinking-water supply systems at the City of Kaiserslautern’s properties during 2027–2029. The services include sampling at municipal buildings and facilities, routine testing under parameter groups 1 and 2, and indicative testing for Legionella. The planned total is 133 samples under parameter group 1, 383 under parameter group 2 and 613 Legionella samples, including estimated repeat samples. Sampling will generally take place from February to June in each contract year, with appointments agreed at least 14 days in advance. The contractor must provide an accredited or accreditation-pending testing institution, compliant analytical methods, all necessary equipment, PDF reporting and entry of results into the TWIST database. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion; there are no lots and variants are not permitted.
