Framework agreement for the inspection of rescue vehicle equipment

Summary

The tender covers the annual complete inspection of the equipment of the City of Halle’s fire service rescue vehicles, emergency doctor vehicles and intensive care transport vehicle, as well as any individual inspections required throughout the contract period. The single-supplier framework agreement runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2028 and has a maximum value of EUR 12,000 including VAT. The equipment includes, among other things, stretchers, evacuation chairs, oxygen systems, infusion pumps and other medical devices; some inspections are performed every two years according to DIN EN 62353 or the manufacturer’s instructions. Evidence of staff qualifications and manufacturer authorisations must accompany the tender. Price is the only award criterion. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 24 September 2026 at 12:00, and variant tenders are not permitted.
