Digitisation of building encumbrances for integration as encumbrance notices in ALKIS

Summary

The tender concerns the geometric determination of building encumbrances arising between 2016 and 2026 on cadastral parcels in the area from Atterwasch to Werben, and their integration into ALKIS as encumbrance notices. The work includes reviewing the underlying documents, determining and georeferencing the affected land areas, creating ALKIS-compliant polygon objects, and submitting the data for review and incorporation into the official cadastral dataset. Participation is limited to officially authorised surveying offices in the State of Brandenburg that are approved for official surveying work and have access to the surveying and cadastral administration's provision portal. These authorisations must be proven. The procurement is divided into five lots; bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots, but a single bidder may be awarded no more than two lots. Price is the only award criterion and alternative bids are not permitted. The bid must be submitted electronically or in text form by 16 October 2026. A 15% bonus applies to workshops for disabled persons when their offer is equally economical as another offer.
