Preparation of a neighborhood concept for the city-center district

The tender concerns the preparation of an integrated energy concept for the city-center district of Oldenburg, focusing on climate-friendly and economically viable heat supply. The procurement is not divided into lots and variant bids are not permitted. Price accounts for 25% and quality or service content for 75% of the evaluation.
