Printing and delivery of various active tourism publications 2027

Summary

The tender covers printing, finishing, packaging and delivery of tourism brochures and flyers in six lots. The lots include the Tourguide RuhrtalRadweg brochure (25,000 copies), RuhrtalRadweg compact flyers in German and Dutch (35,000 and 2,000 copies), the Römer-Lippe-Route handbook (12,000 copies), Römer-Lippe-Route overview flyers in German and Dutch (35,000 and 2,500 copies), the Emscher-Weg handbook (35,000 copies), and four city pocket guides for Oberhausen, Dortmund, Hagen and Mülheim, 2,000 copies per city. Delivery is free to Dülmen and Oberhausen. Lots 1–4 must be delivered by 17 December 2026, lot 5 by 22 February 2027, and lot 6 immediately after the order. The submission deadline is 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the sole award criterion for lots 2, 4 and 6; for lots 1, 3 and 5, the base print price has an 80% weighting and the price for four additional pages has a 20% weighting.
