Neustadt an der Weinstraße 2027 Horticultural Show – Supply of Large Deciduous Trees

The tender concerns the supply of large deciduous trees for the Neustadt an der Weinstraße horticultural show project. A total of 85 trees must be supplied: field maple, Norway maple, hornbeam, wild cherry, pedunculate oak and small-leaved lime. Delivery is planned in partial shipments from January to March 2027 to the construction site in Neustadt an der Weinstraße. The bid deadline is 24 September 2026 at 10:30. Price is the only award criterion. Bids must cover the complete scope; partial bids and alternative bids are not permitted. They must be healthy, undamaged, pest- and disease-free, properly rooted and meet the specified sizes. Origin from VKG 4, the West German uplands and Upper Rhine Graben, must be evidenced by a ZgG certificate or certified old stock certificate. The supplier must maintain the trees until delivery, arrange suitable transport and replace defective trees free of charge within 14 days. The warranty period is three years from delivery.
