Inspection of electrical installations under Clause SK 3602 (VdS)

Summary

The tender covers the inspection of electrical installations under Clause SK 3602 (VdS) at the Wupperverband’s facilities, including wastewater treatment plants, dams, pumping and retention facilities, the head office, laboratories and operational sites in the area between Marienheide, Wuppertal and Leverkusen. Most installations are inspected every two years; the sludge incineration plant at Buchenhofen is inspected annually. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible two-year extensions and a maximum duration of six years. Inspection reports must be submitted by 30 June in the relevant year. The price is the only award criterion. The bidder must be a VdS-recognized inspection body or use one, provide the required VdS certificates, at least three comparable references from the last three years, and maintain the required liability insurance.
