Heat Action Plan with Climate Adaptation Concept

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of a heat action plan and a climate adaptation concept for the entire city of Hohen Neuendorf, including Bergfelde, Borgsdorf and Stolpe. The work covers an 18-month process with data and literature analysis, climate and vulnerability assessments, hotspot identification, planning maps, a climate adaptation strategy, public and stakeholder participation, an implementation-oriented catalogue of measures, a continuation strategy and a monitoring concept. The successful contractor must organise and carry out the technical and substantive work, including workshops, public information, political presentations, documentation and preparation of the final materials for digital publication and printing. Applications must be submitted electronically by 17 September 2026 at 10:00. The procedure has two stages; up to 7 applicants will be invited to the second stage, where detailed prices and concepts will be submitted and discussed.
