Aerial survey of Schwedt/Oder urban area and its districts in 2027 for True-DOP10

Summary

The tender concerns aerial imaging of the city of Schwedt/Oder and its districts over an area of 426 km² in spring 2027. The contractor must produce 426 1 km × 1 km tiles with 0.10 m geometric resolution, 24-bit RGB colour depth and approximately 300 MB per km², using the UTM33/ETRS89 reference system, EPSG 25833. Flights must take place in the first half of 2027, without foliage or snow, preferably around midday, with minimum 80% forward and 60% side overlap. The deliverables are 426 True-DOP10/True-DOP5 aerial images with world files, a numbered tile overview in DXF or SHAPE format, and a PDF overview. Data must be delivered no later than three months after the flight. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 1 October 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion; alternative bids are allowed, except alternatives consisting solely of conditional discounts.
