Haus Schwärzetal – Lot 1 Soil Investigation

Summary

The tender concerns a soil investigation for the foundations of an external steel staircase serving as a second emergency escape route at Haus Schwärzetal, Weinbergstraße 6A, Eberswalde. The work includes site setup, pavement removal and reinstatement, core drilling and heavy dynamic probing to depths of 6 metres or to competent ground, laboratory testing, environmental assessment, engineering evaluation and preparation of a geotechnical report with foundation recommendations.
