Drainage system upgrade on Rehbachstraße

Summary

The tender covers upgrading the sewer system on Rehbachstraße in Iggelheim ahead of street renovation. The works include removing 8 existing manholes of DN 1000–1500, 10 other sewer structures and approximately 570 m of KR 300–KR 1000 concrete pipes. The contractor must install 4 new prefabricated manholes of DN 1000–1500, 6 tangential manholes and 4 other sewer structures, as well as approximately 40 m of KR 300, 3 m of KR 400, 50 m of KR 700, 390 m of KR 900 and 210 m of KR 150 pipework. Connections from street gullies must be fully renewed; connections for new gullies must extend to 1 m below ground level. Property connection pipes must be renewed up to the property boundary, and rainwater downpipes must be connected by branches to the house connection pipes. The bidder must be prepared to substantiate comparable turnover and experience, availability of the workforce needed to perform the contract, and relevant registration and insurance documents. If the Rhineland-Palatinate law on pay and collective-agreement compliance applies, a tariff-compliance or minimum-wage declaration is required. These obligations may also apply to subcontractors and agency workers.
