Framework Agreement for Carpentry Works 2026–2028 (Service Specification Section 634)

Summary

The procurement is a 2026–2028 framework agreement for carpentry works (service specification section 634). The work is based on the applicable 2026 edition of the StLB-BauZ standard construction specification, which the bidder must obtain at its own expense. Bids must be submitted using the contracting authority’s forms, in German and by the deadline; prices must be in euros, to no more than three decimal places, and exclusive of VAT. Unit prices must not be redistributed across other work items. All wood products used must be FSC-, PEFC- or equivalently certified, or compliance with the applicable criteria in their country of origin must be evidenced individually. Bidders should be prepared to demonstrate suitability, provide references for three previous comparable projects and confirm that the required workforce is available. They must also provide information on non-hazardous waste handling and, where relevant, reuse. Subcontracting is permitted only if the contracting authority expressly allows it in the invitation to bid.
