Educational services – hygiene training in accordance with VDI guidelines

Summary

The tender concerns a six-year framework agreement for hygiene seminars in three lots: VDI 2047 cooling towers, VDI 6022 hygiene of ventilation and air-conditioning systems, and VDI 6023 drinking-water system hygiene. Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The services may be delivered in person or online throughout Germany, and the planned framework period is 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2032. The tenderer must provide suitably qualified trainers and demonstrate their education, specialist competence, at least 20 training days during the last 5 years, and at least 2 relevant references for each trainer. A price offer and a seminar design of no more than 5 pages must also be submitted and will be evaluated together with the price. Price accounts for 60% and quality for 40%; the seminar design must achieve at least 50% of the available unweighted points. During contract performance, the contractor must prepare participant materials, upload them to the contracting authority’s learning environment, cooperate on adapting the training, and account for nationwide delivery, travel costs and the creation of digital learning materials. The tender must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s bidder platform by 29 September 2026. The six-year contract period starts on 1 November 2026; the first six months are a probationary period, and after the first contract year either party may terminate annually with six months’ notice.
