Framework agreement for oil spill removal in the Olpe district

Summary

The contracting authority is procuring a framework agreement for responding to and removing oil contamination from road surfaces in the Olpe district. The work includes rapid call-out, site and traffic safety, mechanical wet cleaning, winter-service measures, warning signs, and transport and disposal of hazardous waste. The bill of quantities includes approximately 130 call-outs, 400 hours of cleaning, 70 tonnes of hazardous liquid waste and 15 tonnes of contaminated absorbent and filter materials.
