Framework Agreement for Event Technology and Technical Services at the 2027 State Garden Show in Wittenberge

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement to supply event technology and provide technical services for events at the 2027 State Garden Show in Wittenberge. Approximately 1,000 events are planned over 187 days, from 21 April to 24 October 2027. The contractor must install and configure permanent sound and lighting equipment at the main stage, “Am Schwanenteich”, the “Claras Pavillon” marquee and the Green Classroom, instruct the organiser’s staff, and provide additional equipment and trained technicians when required. Extra services will be called off for individual events; the estimated demand is 30 days for a sound technician, 20 days for a lighting technician, 10 days for a system technician and 10 days for a media technician. The permanent equipment includes, among other items, the main-stage sound system, mixers, microphones, stage monitors, lighting and stage platforms, with an LED wall available as an option. Suitable sound, lighting and presentation equipment must also be provided at the smaller venues. The bid must include the required equipment details and prices; use of the LED wall is optional. Bids will be assessed on the best price-quality ratio: price accounts for 40% and quality for 60%. The assessment considers technical quality, staff qualifications and references, responsiveness, and additional services. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 30 October 2026.
