Roof waterproofing works
Summary
The City of Ulm is procuring roof waterproofing and associated works for the new Eichenplatz primary school. The scope covers approximately 845 m² of flat-roof waterproofing and insulation, extensive green roofing over approximately 680 m², roof drainage, roof windows and access, sheet-metal work, photovoltaic-panel support structures, fall-protection systems, and waterproofing at building plinths. Maintenance and optional roof-leak testing are also included.
