Individual Tele-Therapy (ITT)

Summary

This tender concerns the development and provision of Individual Tele-Therapy (ITT) as a unified tele-therapeutic service for BG Kliniken and partner entities. ITT combines a digital application with ongoing professional support by qualified therapists and includes unimodal (exercise-based) and multimodal modules (exercise, relaxation, nutrition and patient education). It is intended as aftercare following rehabilitation (tele-nachsorge) or tele-prevention and is not a replacement for conventional therapies. The procurement requires physician prescription, qualified personnel, and appropriate technical and data-protection measures, including possible collaboration with tele-therapeutic centers (DNZ) and Landesverbände. The service comprises 24 weekly therapy sessions (60 minutes unimodal or 90 minutes multimodal), intake and final consultations, creation and adjustment of an individual therapy plan, documentation of patient data, and adherence to quality and collaboration standards. Implementation is planned for 01.01.2026 under DGUV RS 0331/2025.
