Framework agreement for standard software

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the purchase, rental or subscription of already-developed standard software, including software maintenance and related services for Dataport and its customers. Individually developed software is excluded. The framework agreement starts on 1 January 2027, initially runs for two years and may be extended twice by 12 months, ending no later than 31 December 2030. The contracting authority may call off services up to 150% of the awarded total offer value. Price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 6 October 2026 at 12:00, and must remain valid for 86 days.
