Recurring inspections of electrical installations at Hamburg schools and properties under the inspection ordinance from 1 January 2026

Summary

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg and GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg are procuring recurring statutory inspections of electrical installations at approximately 491 school and other property sites in Hamburg from 2027 to 2029. The four lots cover SBH regions and vocational schools, as well as GMH sites, sports facilities and special-purpose properties; Lots 3 and 4 must be tendered and awarded together. The work includes inspections of fire detection and alarm systems, electrical safety supplies and emergency lighting, relevant electrical installations in assembly venues, functional tests, re-inspections and inspection certificates and reports; re-inspections arising from work completed by 31 December 2029 may continue until 31 December 2030.
