Energy renovation of Building AB

Summary

The tender concerns the energy renovation of Building AB and the planning services for Technical Equipment – HVAC (HLS) in accordance with HOAI. The procurement covers all service phases LPH 1-9, including task clarification, preliminary planning, design planning, permit planning, detailed planning, and construction preparation, with cross-disciplinary coordination, cost estimation, and preparation for awarding. The project aims to modernize and optimize the building's technical systems, including HVAC, electrical infrastructure, ventilation, and lighting, to improve energy efficiency while maintaining university operations. The total project budget is approximately €8.2 million, of which about €0.5 million is allocated to media technology. The contract is planned to be concluded in November 2026; planning is to start in January 2027; construction and commissioning are planned from early 2028 to mid/end 2029.
