The contract covers ticket-office services, exhibition-area supervision including on-site team leadership, and opening and closing services at three Krefeld art museums during regular opening hours and special events. The contract period is 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028. The estimated volume is approximately 8,000 ticket-office hours, 46,990 supervision hours and 930 opening and closing hours. Price and quality each account for 50% of the evaluation; quality consists of the service concept and response time.
