Building object planning services for the new fire station in Bendestorf

Summary

The tender concerns building and interior object-planning services for a joint fire station for the local fire services of Bendestorf and Harmstorf. Initially, only service phases 1 and 2 will be commissioned; further phases may be ordered separately in writing by the contracting authority, but the contractor has no entitlement to them. The planning must optimise approximately 1,513 m² of net floor area and address the vehicle hall, workshops and storage areas, training facilities, municipal emergency management and temporary autonomous operation of the building. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 8 October 2026 at 10:30. Variant bids are not permitted. Prices must be stated in euros excluding VAT, with no more than three decimal places.
