Ticketing, security and stewarding services for IGA 2027

Summary

IGA 2027 Ruhrgebiet gGmbH is procuring ticketing, security and stewarding services for the admission-charging exhibition gardens in Dortmund, Duisburg and Gelsenkirchen. The four lots cover a coordinated ticket-office service across all three sites (Lot 1) and site-specific security, stewarding, admission and operational coordination in Dortmund (Lot 2), Duisburg (Lot 3) and Gelsenkirchen (Lot 4). The exhibition runs from 23 April to 17 October 2027 over 178 event days, with approximately 3.1 million visitors expected; the planned security-service volumes are 19,000 staff-hours in Dortmund, 20,000 in Duisburg and 19,000 in Gelsenkirchen.
