Ventilation systems for the Münster beach volleyball hall

Summary

The contract covers the supply, installation and commissioning of ventilation systems and related equipment for the new beach volleyball hall in Münster. The work includes central supply and extract ventilation, ductwork, air terminals, silencers, fire dampers, connection to building controls, installation of a cooling unit for the server and technical rooms, and measurement, balancing, testing and handover of the systems. The designed airflow capacity of the ventilation units is 13,000 m³/h. The contractor must prepare working and as-built drawings, coordinate with other construction trades, provide measurement and handover documentation, and carry out annual maintenance of the ventilation equipment for four years after handover. Work follows the construction schedule; installation of the ventilation unit is planned for 2–6 August 2027, and system adjustment and commissioning for 22 February–6 March 2028. The submission deadline is 27 October 2026 at 12:00; bids may be submitted electronically only. Price is the sole award criterion; the contract is not divided into lots and alternative bids are not permitted. Bidders must submit the completed bill of quantities in PDF and GAEB formats, together with the required suitability and exclusion declarations.
