Flooring works for the refurbishment and extension of Schützenstraße Primary School

Summary

The City of Solingen is procuring flooring works for the refurbishment and extension of Schützenstraße Primary School. The single contract covers preparation of floor substrates and installation of approximately 580 m² of rubber flooring and 90 m² of textile flooring in existing buildings, plus approximately 1,050 m² of rubber flooring in the extension, including contrasting escape-route areas. The works also include skirting boards, floor protection, tactile guidance elements and hourly-rate work; implementation is scheduled from 22 March to 7 May 2027.
