Framework agreement for office furniture and chairs

Summary

The Universitaetsklinikum Essen AöR is issuing a framework agreement for office furniture and chairs, divided into Lot 2 for swivel chairs and Lot 3 for visitor chairs. Offers may cover one or both lots. Expected contract start is 01 December 2026 with a two-year initial term and an option to extend for up to two additional years. Price adjustments during the initial term are not allowed; extended terms must not exceed a 2.8% uplift as per the agreed index (October 2028). A named dealer must be identified in the bid. Estimated annual turnover is about €100,000 for swivel chairs and €80,000 for visitor chairs, based on expected demand; orders are placed according to actual needs. Deliveries are free on-site including installation across the campus and its outlying sites, with all incidental costs covered. Invoices require the order number. A bemusterung (sample trial) process will occur, and demonstrations will be provided.
