Summary

This procurement concerns a framework agreement for sustainable workstation computers (product-neutral) in the Standard category with additional services, to be used by BMI Beschaffungsamt. The procurement is divided into three lots: 1) Standard and add-on services; 2) Configurable workstation computers and add-ons; 3) Small workstation computers for the Federal Police and add-ons. Bidder qualification requirements include a three-year net turnover in IT hardware of EUR 1,000,000 per year and EUR 50,000 per year in IT services, ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent, at least two IT service references and two IT hardware references (each with project name, description, duration, contract value net, contact person and client type; references not older than three years). Documentation such as Unternehmenszahlen must be provided. If part of a bidder consortium, turnovers are aggregated.
