Construction of external works for the Federal Police Inspectorate in Bad Bentheim

Summary

The contract covers construction of the external works for the new Federal Police Inspectorate building in Bad Bentheim. The works include earthworks, sewer and road construction, stormwater and wastewater drainage, road and surface drainage, asphalt and paved surfaces, fences and gates, cable protection ducts, landscaping and planting, and maintenance during the first growing season. It also includes three parking canopies with roof structures and drainage, fitted with photovoltaic panels and inverters. Price is the award criterion. The bid must include a priced bill of quantities and fully priced schedules for establishment care of the planting and maintenance contracts for the gates and photovoltaic system for their full contractual terms. If these items are not fully priced, the bid will not be evaluated and the documents will not be requested later. Work is scheduled to start on 4 January 2027 and be completed by 22 September 2028. The bidder must provide the required eligibility and sanctions declarations, as well as manufacturer and model information for specified products; timber products must be sustainably certified or supported by the required evidence.
