Ventilation works

Summary

The procurement covers ventilation works for a new institute building. The bid must include construction of the ventilation system and its inspection, maintenance and repair. The maintenance bid must state the required prices and offer the work described in the attached work cards without changes. If the maintenance part cannot be evaluated, the entire bid may be excluded. Work is scheduled to start on 18 January 2027 and be completed by 22 February 2028; the contractual site-work dates specify a start of 15 February 2027. The bid must be submitted in German using the contracting authority’s forms. A non-prequalified bidder must provide an eligibility self-declaration or the European Single Procurement Document and confirm experience with comparable works during the previous five calendar years. During performance, the contractor must comply with applicable employment conditions and construction-waste requirements. If the contract value is at least EUR 250,000 excluding VAT, a performance security of 5% of the contract sum is required; the defects-liability security is 3% of the interim payments made by acceptance.
