Framework agreement for temporary staffing in software testing
Summary
IT.NRW is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for temporary staffing to support software quality assurance in public-sector IT projects. The roles are test analyst, test manager and technical tester, covering test planning and analysis, manual testing, test automation, reporting and defect tracking. Software development and administration are outside the scope, except for programming directly related to quality assurance.
