The tender concerns the design of the rehabilitation of the carriageway on the A4 section AD Nossen–AS Wilsdruff in the Aachen direction and the A14 section AD Nossen–AS Nossen-Ost. The services cover traffic facility, engineering structure and structural design, including special services. The project area is approximately 9.8 km long, the estimated construction cost is about EUR 22.5 million including VAT, and the main construction works are planned for 2029. The contractor must develop at least three feasible and economical design solutions, a traffic management concept, a rehabilitation design, construction and traffic management plans, and tender documents. The stated award criteria are price at 40%, personal references of traffic facility designers at 35%, references of engineering structure designers at 20%, and references of structural designers at 5%. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 10:00. The bid must be submitted electronically in German using the contracting authority’s forms. The contract is not divided into lots.
