Concert Hall Fire Safety Measures and Theatre Interior Fit-Out

Summary

Stadt Karlsruhe Amt für Hochbau und Gebäudewirtschaft is procuring works to adapt and extend the existing fire alarm and voice alarm systems at the concert hall and theatre. The scope includes supplying and installing approximately 360 fire detectors, 25 manual fire alarm call points, one aspirating smoke detection system and approximately 550 loudspeakers, as well as extending and adapting about 10,000 metres of cabling. The works also include integrating interfaces and fire safety controls, programming and adapting the existing Siemens systems, testing, acceptance inspections, commissioning, operator training and preparation of as-built documentation.
