Framework agreement for control tests, preliminary investigations and further civil engineering investigations from 2026 onwards in the open-house procedure for the Eastern region

Summary

This tender concerns a non-exclusive framework agreement for control tests, preliminary investigations and further civil engineering investigations for road infrastructure in Germany’s Eastern region. A bidder may apply for admission to one or more service areas, including investigations of soil, concrete, asphalt, road surfaces, structural civil engineering and environmental analysis. The framework agreement may run until 31 August 2028 and may be extended twice by one year, until 31 August 2030. It guarantees neither a minimum volume nor any individual order; contractors are generally required to accept individual orders, except where performance is objectively impossible, unreasonable or demonstrably beyond their available capacity. Participation requires a properly completed admission application, the framework agreement and the required evidence, as well as competent personnel, valid permits or certifications, compliant reporting and deadlines, and compliance with employment-pay and record-keeping obligations applicable to public infrastructure contracts.
