Manufacture and delivery of three ambulance vehicles Type A II

Summary

The tender concerns the manufacture and delivery of three Type A II ambulance vehicles. Two units are to be delivered to Recklinghausen and one identical unit to Oer-Erkenschwick; billing for the third vehicle is to be issued to Oer-Erkenschwick. Quantities refer to one vehicle per line item. The vehicles must meet DIN EN 1789:2020 and the client’s additional requirements and be suitable for mounting medical-technical equipment and necessary electrical installations. Exterior and interior finishes must be white (RAL 9010); vehicles shall receive a high-quality vinyl wrap in RAL 3024 according to the Recklinghausen standard. Assembly and mounting must follow the vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines and comply with applicable laws, norms and technical rules. Interior materials must be environmentally friendly, disinfectant-resistant, non-volatile, water-repellent, scratch- and impact-resistant, easy to maintain, vibration-damping, chemical-resistant and free of CFCs and heavy metals; all cables and wiring must be concealed. All documents must be drafted in German. The contract includes signage and branding on the vehicle, and, if requested, certifications for headrest extensions and radio installation.
