Summary

The procurement concerns the development of a method to improve dose estimates in radiological emergencies, with a focus on dose reconstruction as a radioactive plume passes. The work will first develop an AI-based method for interpolating spatial and temporal patterns in radiological environmental measurements, then extend it into a multimodal model incorporating additional environmental parameters and physical processes. The method will be developed and tested using simulated training data.
