Maxipark expansion, Health and Safety Coordinator (SiGeKo)

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of a health and safety coordination service for the Maxipark expansion in Hamm under the German Construction Site Ordinance. The contractor will coordinate health and safety during planning and construction, prepare and update the advance notice and the health and safety plan, review information for future works, coordinate interfaces between building, civil engineering, road and landscaping works, organize and document site inspections, and monitor the implementation of safety measures. The service period runs from award, at the latest from the end of the commitment period, until 31 December 2028; the construction period is 26 months from 30 October 2026 to 31 December 2028.
