Maintenance of watercourses in other categories

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement divided into five lots for maintenance of watercourses in other categories. Services will be provided from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2031. Bids may cover one or more lots, but a bidder may be awarded no more than three lots. Price is the sole award criterion, and alternative tenders are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 23:59, with a completed and readable bill of quantities or service description. Bidders must provide references for comparable work from the last three years and evidence of the required liability insurance, roadwork safety training, tree-work qualifications and medical examinations. Non-certified businesses must additionally provide information on turnover and employee numbers, and evidence that taxes and social security contributions have been paid. Bidders must declare that no exclusion grounds apply and, during contract performance, comply with applicable wage and employment conditions, including ensuring that subcontractors do so.
