Reception, gatekeeping and security services for the Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt) and its duraBASt demonstration, testing and reference site

Summary

The Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt) is procuring services in two lots. Lot 1 covers continuous guarding of its premises at Brüderstraße 53 in Bergisch Gladbach and daytime reception services on working days. Lot 2 covers daytime guarding of the duraBASt site at the Cologne-East motorway interchange on working days, with video surveillance at other times. Services are scheduled to start on 1 March 2027; each contract has an initial two-year term, with annual extensions up to a maximum total term of five years.
