Summary

The University Hospital Düsseldorf is procuring hybrid incubators for intensive care of newborn and premature infants. The planned four-year framework agreement provides for an immediate order of 6 incubators, with an option to order up to 17 additional units; the option must remain available until 30 September 2029. The devices must meet detailed technical and medical-device requirements. The supply includes delivery to the place of use, installation, commissioning, testing and staff training, as well as the specified service obligations and a 24-month warranty. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:30 on 2 November 2026. Technical performance accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the device or system price for 40%. A 15% evaluation bonus applies to workshops for people with disabilities, and such a workshop’s bid is preferred in the event of an equal economic result.
