Rental and operation of bridge-access equipment for structural inspections – 2027 framework agreement

Summary

The tender concerns the rental, delivery and operation of bridge-access equipment for structural inspections under DIN 1076. The framework agreement covers bridge inspection platforms and basket lifts with the necessary operators, round-trip transport, and personnel costs for multi-day, night and weekend work. Estimated quantities are 15 platform units up to 7 m long, 80 up to 13 m, 56 up to 18 m and 4 up to 20 m; and 46 basket lifts up to 14 m and 44 up to 17.5 m. Estimated transport quantities are 9 trips up to 100 km, 47 trips over 101–200 km, 41 over 201–300 km and 13 over 301–400 km. The schedule also includes 60 weekend-work hours, 60 night-work hours from 20:00 to 06:00 and 60 overnight stays. Equipment is priced at an eight-hour daily rate, including the personnel needed to operate it. The framework agreement starts no earlier than 1 January 2027 and ends by 31 March 2028; it may be extended by a further two years. Quantities are estimates and no overall order volume is guaranteed. Price is the sole award criterion. The bid deadline is 16 October 2026 at 09:15. Bidders must provide proof of the qualifications of equipment operators, product data or equivalent information for the offered equipment, and a fully completed priced bill of quantities in PDF format. An eligibility declaration and a signed agreement to comply with Brandenburg’s minimum employment requirements are also required. Bids must be submitted in German.
