High-voltage electrical works

Summary

The contract covers high-voltage electrical works for the Main-Taunus District’s expansion of Paul Maar School in Flörsheim am Main. The contractor must supply, install, connect, configure and commission the building’s electrical systems and outdoor electrical works, including cables and cable supports, main and distribution boards, sockets and switches, indoor and outdoor lighting, emergency lighting, earthing and equipotential bonding, surge protection, fire and smoke seals, and temporary construction-site power and lighting. The work also includes technical installation and workshop planning, documentation, testing, inspection and user instruction. This is an open procedure with no lots, and price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 29 October 2026 at 10:29. Work is expected to start within 12 working days of the authority’s instruction, expected around 12 February 2027, and must be completed within 356 working days from commencement. The bidder must submit the required forms, the priced bill of quantities in PDF format, suitability and sanctions declarations, and evidence of tariff compliance or, during the permitted period, the alternative undertaking declaration. Comparable experience and company capacity must be demonstrated, a qualified German-speaking site manager is required, and bidders must inspect the site before submitting an offer.
