Framework agreements for next-generation and Sanger sequencing services

Summary

The procurement covers two framework agreements: Lot 1 for next-generation sequencing services and Lot 2 for Sanger sequencing services. Lot 1 includes, among other things, DNA and RNA preparation, whole-genome, RNA, targeted and epigenetic sequencing, metagenomics, high-molecular-weight DNA extraction, PacBio and Hi-C library preparation, and data analysis. Lot 2 includes single- and double-stranded DNA sequencing, 96-well plate sequencing, PCR product purification and primer design. Samples must be collected from the contracting authority on weekdays by prior arrangement; NGS data must be delivered within 28 working days and Sanger results within 2–5 working days. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and a bidder may be awarded a maximum of two lots. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Price and the other award criteria described in Annex A03 will affect the evaluation.
