Water resource management equipment (data loggers, sondes, sensors & ADCP)

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of water resource management equipment (data loggers, sondes, sensors and ADCP) for Iraq. Bids must be prepared using GIZ templates and submitted via the GIZ e-tendering marketplace. The procurement allows for bid consortiums; each member must provide turnover and qualification evidence. Financial capacity requires a three-year net turnover in the field with a minimum of €200,000 per year. Technical capacity requires at least two reference projects in water resource management equipment within the last three years. Self-declarations on exclusion grounds and eligibility must be completed, and separate subcontractor declarations are required if subcontractors are planned. Annexes with reference projects must be provided. The tender documents cover export controls, embargo and sanctions, as well as payment terms (80% on delivery, 20% on acceptance) and delivery to Iraq (DPU). The contract will be governed by GIZ General Purchase Conditions and related regulations.
