Framework agreement for split deliveries of diesel fuel

Summary

The City of Dorsten is procuring a framework agreement for approximately 490,000 litres per year of low-sulphur diesel fuel meeting DIN EN 590, delivered in weekly partial deliveries of about 9,500 litres to its central filling station. The contract runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028, with an option to extend for one year. The supplier must also keep a 15,000-litre reserve available within 50 km of the site.
